    SLOW Festival
Three days of Music, Mindfulness, and Silence

Focusing on the moment: New concert formats, silence, meditation, and yoga come together to create a festival of mindful experience. Whether at “Dinner in Silence,” the deep relaxation of a lying-down concert, or a magical sunrise concert surrounded by nature; whether through yoga & meditation or traditional tea ceremonies: The festival creates spaces to consciously experience the moment.

Hugo Ticciati, one of the most visionary violinists of our time, opens up a new way to experience classical music with his ensemble O/Modernt and curates a festival that combines music and mindfulness into a unique experience of living in the moment.

with Hugo Ticciati (violin), O/Modernt Ensemble, Johannes Mikenda (Yoga & Meditation), Yaeko Heinisch (tea ceremony), Lea Hladka (choreography), Eva Kroll (concept) et al.

During the festival, Tibetan Buddhist monks create a traditional sand mandala, which is ritually dissolved after the final concert — a symbol of impermanence and an invitation to experience each moment with full awareness.
