This retreat invites you to place yourself at the center. To give yourself time. And to commit to a practice that engages body, breath, emotion, and vision equally.
During this retreat week, Nicole combines her many years of lived yoga experience with elements of breathwork (Breath to Heal by Max Strom), coaching, meditation, and conscious personal development.
