Duration: 4 days (Monday to Thursday), daily from 10:00 to 12:00 with a short tea break, and from 15:00 to 16:00.
Pilates is an exercise method celebrated for its positive effects on posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The morning sessions focus on the fundamentals of Pilates - the anatomy of the key muscle groups, essential terminology, and the training principles of stretching, balance, and mobility, accompanied by corresponding exercises. In the afternoon, participants will practice the most important mat exercises from this comprehensive movement system. A detailed exercise guide is included.
