    Taijiquan is meditation and movement therapy in one. It is a gentle yet very effective way to help with various ailments and to bring body and mind back into harmony. During our Taiji retreat, we will practice the form, or choreography, of the authentic Yang style. We will also do Qigong exercises to warm up and improve strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Der klare, zugewandte und beseelte Stil des Spirit Yoga von Patricia Thielemann trifft auf die stille, gesammelte kontemplative Meditation in der Tradition des Jesuitenordens, bei der Elemente der Mindfulness- und Zenmeditation miteinander verbunden sind. Beide gemeinsam eröffnen sie einen Raum, der eine spirituelle Erfahrung möglich macht: Eine Erfahrung von Fundament und Sicherheit, von Verbundenheit und Resilienz. Eine Erfahrung, die uns im Leben und in unseren Krisen trägt. Yoga- und Meditationsübungen am Vormittag und Nachmittag werden durch Impulsvorträge und Gespräche am Abend ergänzt.
