Daniel Hope is a world-famous violinist, at home on the great concert stages of the world. He is also a book author, a TV presenter, and much more. In April, he will be staging an entire week of music at Schloss Elmau, during which he can be experienced up close in several concerts as well as, for the first time, in a music workshop for kids & teens.
The workshop will give children and teenagers an opportunity to meet Daniel Hope in person and learn more about his exciting day-to-day work as a professional musician.
Besides the artist himself, the focus will also be on his instrument, the violin: What makes its sound so unique? What means of expression does it offer? And what emotions can it be used to express?
Daniel Hope will also give a brief insight into the program of the day's concert, which follows the workshop and begins at 5:00 p.m. The workshop participants are all invited to attend the concert together.
