    On the evening of February 23, 2025, a total of five Michelin stars will illuminate our IKIGAI restaurant!

    Guest chef Edip Sigl from the es:senz restaurant at the Achental Resort in Grassau joins the IKIGAI team in warmly inviting you to the third dinner in our COOKING WITH FRIENDS event series -- a culinary highlight at Schloss Elmau featuring top German and international chefs. Edip Sigl, honored with three stars in the Michelin Guide, stands for a creative and flavorful style of cooking. The chef himself describes his cuisine as follows: “My vision and passion is to make the pure taste of the Chiemgau region come alive. At es:senz, every dish has a back story that reaches its climax on the plate. It begins with our close relationship with regional producers and our shared exchange about which products we select and process responsibly.” Christoph Rainer greatly looks forward to the reunion with his esteemed colleague and friend!
