Guest chef Edip Sigl from the es:senz restaurant at the Achental Resort in Grassau joins the IKIGAI team in warmly inviting you to the third dinner in our COOKING WITH FRIENDS event series -- a culinary highlight at Schloss Elmau featuring top German and international chefs. Edip Sigl, honored with three stars in the Michelin Guide, stands for a creative and flavorful style of cooking. The chef himself describes his cuisine as follows: “My vision and passion is to make the pure taste of the Chiemgau region come alive. At es:senz, every dish has a back story that reaches its climax on the plate. It begins with our close relationship with regional producers and our shared exchange about which products we select and process responsibly.”
