Nicole is known for her insightful teaching, full of heart and a large portion of joie de vivre. She skillfully unites experience, mindfulness, and effortlessness.
In the mornings, she combines innovative Vinyasa Yoga with influences from various other yoga styles and complements these with gentle, more in-depth yoga classes in the afternoons. The focus of the course units is on pranayama, meditation, and personal development as well as relaxing Yin Yoga. The afternoon sessions will be accompanied by violinist Patrizia Portz, who has already enchanted participants with her music in past retreats.

Monday - Thursday
7:00 - 7:45 am: Detox tea in your room / Time for swimming
8:00 - 9:30 am: Intensive yoga class
10:00 - 11:00 am: Breakfast together
12:00 - 3:30 pm: Spa time (swimming, exercise, hiking)
4:00 - 5:30 pm: Grounding, quiet yin yoga class
6:15 - 8:00 pm: Optional dinner together
9:00 pm: Enjoy relaxing tea in your room
