Duration 4 days (Mon to Thu), daily from 10 am to 12 am with a short tea break and from 4 pm to 5 pm. Qigong is together with Taijiquan part of the active health exercises of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Program: daily Qigong exercises from head to toe (strength, flexibility, rotation, balance) and lots of information about 5-element nutrition, principles of TCM, balance of Yin and Yang in daily life
An extensive script is included in the course fees and at the end you may record all exercises with your own cellphone for further training at home
