A culinary highlight at Schloss Elmau, featuring top chefs from both the national and international fine dining scene.
The three Michelin-starred chefs blend Japanese tradition with French sophistication to create a refined, contemporary cuisine. With technical precision and exquisite craftsmanship, they achieve a harmonious fusion that delights lovers of Franco-Japanese culinary art.
