During the day, we will take you on various culinary journeys - exploring the world of wild herbs in the Elmau valley, embarking on an excursion into Italy's cuisine with a light lunch - don't miss the truffle specialties - and tasting spirits and wines from around the world with Tim Böker (Bar Manager) and Marie-Helen Krebs (Head Sommelière) at the Al Camino Bar. In the evening, the program is expertly rounded off with a journey to the cuisines of the world. Our chefs will welcome you and set the mood for the evening with a shared aperitif.
