    Chef Kevin Romes of the fine dining restaurant Skin's will travel to Elmau from Lenzburg. The culinary focus of his kitchen is inspiring for its flavorful purism and loving attention to detail.
    Christoph Rainer is already looking forward to seeing his colleagues again. "We've all known each other for a very long time and have cooked together at many events, but this will be our first time together at Schloss Elmau. It promises to be a very special evening for our guests."
