For an entire weekend, Quatuor Ébène, in their new position as teachers at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, will illuminate the fascinating world of chamber music together with their professorial colleagues and young ensembles. At the centre of their programmes are editions of works published by the G. Henle Verlag. Introductions and talks with Dr. Wolf-Dieter Seiffert, Managing Director of the G. Henle Verlag, and public lessons by the professors complement the four concerts of this weekend.

Daniel Hope is a world-renowned violinist, Artistic Director of two orchestras, author, filmmaker, and much more. For Schloss Elmau he has curated a music week in which he and his musician friends perform in numerous chamber concerts.
